Commitment to achieving Net Zero
TASDS Ltd is fully committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050. This commitment aligns with the UK government’s target and reflects our dedication to environmental sustainability and responsible business practices. Baseline Emissions Footprint Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured. Baseline Year: July 2024 to July 2025
Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations. As this is TASDS Ltd’s first Carbon Reduction Plan and we have no previous emissions reporting, the current reporting period serves as our baseline. This initial assessment will serve as the reference point against which future emissions reductions can be measured. We are actively developing robust data collection systems to ensure comprehensive data collection methods to capture emissions across all scopes, with a particular focus on expanding our Scope 3 reporting in future years. Baseline Year Emissions: July 2024 to July 2025

Emissions Reduction Targets
To support our journey toward Net Zero, TASDS Ltd has adopted the following short to medium term carbon reduction initiatives: Hybrid Working: Our accountant will work from home 2 days per week to reduce commuting emissions. Engineer Dispatch Optimisation: engineers will travel directly to their first job of the day, bypassing the workshop to reduce unnecessary travel. Mobile Stocking: Engineers vehicles will be fully stocked with necessary parts to minimise return trips to the workshop. Fleet Optimisation: introduce a route planning software to reduce mileage and fuel consumption. Fleet Transition: Convert a percentage of our fleet to electric vehicles (EVs) or ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs) to significantly lower our transportation-related emissions. Projected Reduction: We project a reduction in carbon emissions to 14.00 tCO2e by 2030, representing a 24.5% decrease from out baseline. Carbon Reduction Projects Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented since the 2025 baseline. Energy Efficiency: Upgraded to LED lighting and installed PIR (Passive Infrared) motion sensors in office this will now be done in work areas. Waste Segregation: Implemented a recycling program for paper, plastics, and metals. Sustainable Procurement: Transitioned to environmentally friendly cleaning products and office supplies. Staff Engagement: Launched internal sustainability awareness campaigns and training sessions. Planned Future Initiatives TASDS Ltd is exploring the following measures to further reduce our carbon footprint:
